Shipping

Orders ship out the following Friday through USPS

I currently don't have a dedicate space for shipping, so this helps me package the orders all together without having to put away and take out the packing materials. 

Returns/Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges

I accept returns, however you must contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship the item/items within 7 days.

Conditions of Returns

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss value.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations. If you have a problem/concern feel free to contact me before you place an order or immediately after.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Im not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Piece arrives broken

I do my best to package each piece to prevent breakage. However pottery is fragile and things happen. Contact me within 3 days of the packages arrive with a photo of the damage to receive a refund.

Combined Shipping

I will combine shipping if I feel it's safe to do!

Wholesale

I do not offer wholesale orders.

Custom Orders

I do not offer custom orders.

International Shipping

I do not ship internationally at this time due to cover-19 postal delays.

Care

My pottery needs to be handled with care. Extreme temperature changes can result in cracking. If your mug is cold, run it under warm water before pouring hot liquid in it.  

Microwave/Dishwasher Safe

DO NOT put a piece that has gold or mother of pearl in the microwave. 

If no gold most pieces can be put in the dishwasher or microwave, however to keep your piece looking it's best I highly recommend hand washing and avoiding the microwave.
